A referral qualifies when your friend's PKC NetLink internet has been successfully installed and the installation is completed. Submitting a referral alone doesn't earn the reward. The internet has to be installed first.

To qualify, your friend should also be a new customer, and the details you submitted should be correct so we can reach them.

After a referral qualifies, your ₱250 reward is added to your earnings in the app. Payouts are sent to the payout details you saved in the app.

Make sure your payout details are correct, because we send the money to exactly what you entered.

A referral may be rejected if:

• The person is already a PKC NetLink customer
• The contact details or address are wrong, or we can't reach them
• Your friend decides not to get the service, or isn't home when we try to install
• The address is outside our service area
• The same person was already referred by someone else
• The referral was sent without your friend's permission

If you think a referral was rejected by mistake, contact us and we'll check.

The app isn't on the Play Store yet, so you install it from our website. Your phone will ask you to allow this once. Here's how:

1. On your Android phone, open this website and tap Download the App.
2. If your phone shows a warning that the file could harm your device, tap Download anyway (or OK). See Is this app safe?.
3. When the download finishes, tap Open (or open your Downloads folder and tap the file ending in .apk).
4. If your phone says “For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source”, tap Settings.
5. Turn on Allow from this source (it may say Install unknown apps).
6. Press the back button, then tap Install.
7. Tap Open to start the app.

Can't find the setting? Go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, choose the browser you used (like Chrome), and turn it on. Menu names can be slightly different on each phone brand.

Tip: After installing, you can switch “Install unknown apps” back off for your browser.

Yes. The app is made by PKC NetLink, the same company that installs your internet.

Why does my phone show a warning? Android shows a warning for any app that doesn't come from the Play Store. It's a general safety message, not a sign that something is wrong with this app. Because our app is downloaded straight from our website, you see the “Install unknown apps” message.

What we recommend:

• Only download the app from this website, referrals.pkcnetlink.com, never from a link a stranger sends you.
• The download should come from downloads.pkcnetlink.com.
• The app only asks for what it needs to work.
• After installing, you can turn “Install unknown apps” off again.
